R & D capabilities

The company’s technology research and development department has a team of highly educated, experienced, and innovative engineers. There are more than 20 professional and technical personnel, including 2 doctoral students, 2 senior engineers, 3 intermediate engineers, and more than five years of experienced micro assembly production and operation technicians.

The company attaches great importance to the research and development of imported localized substitute products and has achieved good results. At present, we have obtained 4 utility model patent certificates, 3 soft works, and have applied for and accepted more than 10 patents.

Core team

The core team mainly consists of experts and scholars from well-known domestic universities, research institutes, and military enterprises, with technical capabilities covering various fields required by the market, research and development, production, and service. Among them, there are 21 engineering and technical personnel, 1 doctoral student, 17 with a master’s or bachelor’s degree, and 8 senior technicians. They have rich experience in design, development, and production, all of whom have long been engaged in research and development, quality control, enterprise management, and other work.
